Pros

Worked with some of the best technologists I've met in my career and worked on some amazing projects. Learned a TON. Loved the culture they work to create. Great work environment with lots of colleagues ready and willing to assist.

Cons

Leadership is way disconnected from the Delivery organization. Most decisions are made in a vacuum and you find out (weeks/months) later about important things - no raises this year (or next..... twice in 5 years). They seem to arbitrarily change business offerings on a whim, and with that, there are often large swings in staffing. If you're not an individual contributor, this can be really disturbing and turbulent. If you're a senior IC, don't expect much assistance or support from anyone "above" you. Reach laterally to colleagues who are working on similar things. Leadership here is overwhelmed, unmotivated to learn new things on their own (instead relying on eventual failures to teach them what they're lacking), and if you're interested in Personal Growth, while they have a great setup for that, I'd keep my plans of professional development quiet while working towards them and only announce completion. There's a lot of jealously and pressure with education here, especially because that torch is carried by less than 20% of their full-time staff.

Cons

Long sales cycles - not specific to the company but I think is more related to services/IT consulting in general
