Pros
No limits. You can work on any client project you want, so long as you work hard and are reasonably smart, can manage your hours, and work well contributing to an existing project team. Travel is amazing--lots of countries off my bucket list (although in coach...). Pay and benefits are on par with other offers I got, maybe slightly above. Most of all, the people are awesome; the Sprim team makes work fun, and the client work makes it very engaging and challenging.
Cons
Management is open to ideas, but very driven to hit numbers, track hours, and grow the business. The teams are small because all the employees are distributed all over the world, but very cool to hop on Skype in 5 different time zones for calls. It'd be nice to have more support staff that is centralized for everyone to draw from.
