Steady overtime,health insurance,peanut butter and jelly sanwiches in the vending machines.
Cons
Everything else...stupid managment, stupid HR dept..non existant safety enforcement...for example, supervisor without safety glasses talking to a machine operator without safety glasses between 8 running machines,25 percent of all production shot down for quality issues,but okay with quality engineers who are also a joke.filthy dirty building with crumbling main structure.etc,etc horrific place to work.
