unflexible working hours, terrible rate

There are no pros to this awful setup.

They expect you to commit to a minimum of 21 fixed hours of your week and they commit to nothing and cancel classes at will and all this for eight euro an hour with endless email communication and other unpaid time wasting activity. Avoid like the plague.
