Pros
Reasonable target, good support teams, family feeling (including weekly home cooked desert for everyone), CSR oriented (also benefit staff with low cost auction of Vendors' gifts, with money collected for charity), and can learn from lots of Telco and ICT veterans from many different companies. like UN.
Cons
Management sometimes too kind to let poor performers take advantage. toxic people can hide and survive but refuse to leave because cannot similar pay elsewhere. some HoDs are very inexperienced but act tough and cause problems with their stupid decision, selfishness and MIA even...
