      Highest salary among all private schools in CARAGA. School's cleanliness is well-maintained. Respectful and thoughtful students. ISO-accredited.

      Cons

      The number of students per section is too large. Too many school activities the students can hardly focus on their academics.

      Pros

      The environment is good for people wanting to work in a laid-back, close-knit environment.

      Cons

      Some work demanded of teachers are not that necessary; a good example is syllabus-making. A lot of components in this activity can only help professors who are into Education (BEED,BSED) degrees. Syllabus-making has a negligible impact for other degrees like Political Science, Mass Comm., Nursing. The university also does not send individual professors to seminars and conventions to their specific areas of expertise. It's always by the group and this system only benefits a few fields of expertise.
