Pros
Great company culture filled with Happy Hours and coworkers who organized fun activities (ping pong tournaments, kickball, etc.). There was also a mentorship program. Very much so a "family" feel and support from management to learn knew skills.
Cons
Everyone started feeling very insecure about their job security once the company was getting bought out. A lot of people were let go to make the company look more attractive. After it was bought, almost everyone I knew left. Typical for business though. SPY lost it's independent soul.
