      Pros

      Personable employees Good benefit options for the employee them self Consistent 40 hours per week schedule Competitive pay to other local call centers

      Cons

      Advancement is far between, but they look internally first if possible. Repetitive work which they warn people about. No part time schedules or work from home options.

      Thanks for the review! While work from home options are not currently available from our Coeur d'Alene office, we are piloting work from home options and flex time for certain non-frontline positions in our Vernon location.
