Dear Team member, we give as low as 12k in hand to as high as 1 lac to 1.5 lac as salary. Its open salary is person capability dependent. We can not force any one to join on low salary, one has to except it. You must have excepted as per your capability. PF is government regulated. No one can hold it. :-) We always listen to employees , if you want we should listen on your wrong advises , we can not. we need to manage all equally.
