Overall poor management, Terrible HR (Denise) and GM (Perry) , Owners (Larry Novak, Larry Kaford) are unreliable to control their staff/company, Sexist/Racist upper management, Overworked and underpaid employees, especially the warehouse workers. Favoritism from upper management for certain office staff members, unfair for others who actually work and don't get the acknowledgment/credit they deserve! Not enough parking for all employees. Uses temp agency that does not care or cater to their employees. Contradicts contracts with other businesses with is illegal.
