If you are like me stuck here for a period of 2 years find something else ASAP and leave before it's too late. They advertise something else on the sites and in reality, the job is totally different and bogus. The management is low grade hardly anyone is properly educated and able to really manage their employees. No one listens to you when you are on the job and the last resort left for an employee is to leave on EXIT.
