Salaries on the lower side for the bay area, but still competitive depending on the scope of the position (in my case largely an academic role)

Great 401k. Bad PTO accrual

UPPER management allows the the old timers to treat new hires like trash. Older employees talk down, ignore, mimic and degrade co workers right in the face. Complain to management and the entire building talks about you. Employees do not follow rules. Older Employees expect everyone else to work hard, and not themselves. They give wrong information.
