Excellent resources; was unexposed to awkward politics; no overbearing management.
Cons
Was almost given too much room and not enough push into the group's dynamics. Was a fit or no-fit culture, with small room for outsiders---even with some clearly supportive coworkers. Culture may be a factor of government contracts and need to know becoming need to involve leaving newbies behind.
