The work environment is toxic and over-controlled. Management enforces extreme restrictions, including total bans on phones and music, under the guise of "discipline." There is zero respect for employees or work-life autonomy. It feels like a jail where staff are monitored rather than trusted.

1. Moneywise is good here where they value hardwork 2. If you love doing overtime , here's the place for you 3. Annual dinner sure everyone will get money one. 4. Loyalty reward confirm get money (5years,10years,15years,20years) 5. Less politics (in software department) 6. Good, reliable and logical leaders (in software department) 7. Increment is very good. 8. Benefits are very good (covered carpark, dental, sports equipment, covers your spouse and child, spectacles)

1. Burn out from work overload 2. No social life (talking will somehow becomes an indicator that you have no task in hands) 3. Many cctvs in company (to monitor you do work or not besides ensuring the safety) 4. no handphones usage during office hours 5. cannot come late to office beyond 8.30pm. will have to replace the late timing if more than 30min (replace back 30min x 3 = 1hr 30min) 6. not much on career growth 7. not doing overtime means you are very free and thus will be given more work (even if you already completed all your work)
