Oh, well...Where to start! First of all a very bad work culture. They treat employees like crap. Crappiest management ever seen. HR is just a doll nodding to the top level and they don't even care about the concerns of the employees. I highly doubt if the HR managers even have a MBA degree with them. Oh...wait wait! Here comes the best... "Since you are a slave of SRM Technologies now, you are supposed to work a minimum of 10 hrs a day and 7 days a week". You find all this horrifying eh? You have already joined SRM? I am truly sorry to say that you have only 2 possibilities of getting out of it as they do not let the employees quit easily. 1. They ask you to pay 3 months of your gross salary if you want to quit immediately which will not be mentioned in your offer letter or company norms or what so ever. If they still need you, I am sorry my friend! Its going to take you a minimum of 6 months to get out of this prison even if you resist to work there. 2. Read the first point again. Final Verdict : If you have got an offer from SRM Technologies, turn around and keep walking away. P.S : If you have ready this review before joining SRM Technologies, believe me my friend...You are one of the luckiest person on the planet.
