Pros

Tuition Reimbursement. Part-Time during the year and Full time during summer. Very flexible with your schedule. Pay is above average for Phoenix part-time.

Cons

Very slow pace. Employees are set in their ways. You are a newbie if you have been there for only 20 years.

Pros

SRP gave me stability, experience, and the chance to build real skills. I had positive experiences there, and I’m grateful for parts of it. But I’m also realizing that the environment doesn’t always operate from a positive or growth-minded place, and I have to be honest about what that has cost me

Cons

The con is not that SRP is a bad place. The con is that it can give you stability and experience, but not always a clear or fair feeling of movement. You can give a lot, build a lot, and still feel like you’re waiting for someone to finally see it
