Pros
There are many pros of working with SRS. We have had our challenges, but they are never without helping and leading you in the right direction. We have a good time and the people are a great group to work with. Good benefits and lots of opportunity for growth.
Cons
Anywhere you work there will be cons. I have found that the getting acclimated to the SRS system is the only con worth mentioning. There is a strong culture here, but once acquired there is a little getting used to it.
