Pros

Pay, commission structure, benefits, competitive.

Cons

Toxic culture. They pride themselves on their “great culture” but its all a facade. They claim to be “fully transparent” with numbers and their intentions, but it is exactly the opposite. There seems to be an ever-changing target which makes it hard to hit goals. Management says one thing to your face, and a completely different thing behind your back. They pretend to care about employees, but I have literally heard a manager say if he could replace all the sales people, he would. Instead of trying to grow people they expect you to figure it out on your own or get out. This company is SO interested in their stock price (employees can own stock, and some make very good money from the stock going up) that they will run anyone over to help their bottom line or their P&L. One minute they will tell you you’re a valuable team member, the next you’re expendable because P&L says so. Lots of work place gossip and major favoritism. They will take accounts from you (which effects your pay) and give to the “favorites” with a totally made up reason why, then tell you they will make it right, but never do. There are good people who work here, but everyone seems to be out for themselves. Was once a great company but they’re trying to grow too fast too soon because of the stock price, they are destroying the culture and losing valuable employees.

Pros

The building is nice. Fridays are remote days.

Cons

The environment is call center! 2 people are delegated on certain days to answer the phones everyday! No cubicles, open floor call center environment. This is NOT full cycle Ap. Issues with invoices, po’s, remits etc are streamlined through a ticketing system. Training is 2 weeks+ ALOT of information alot of analytical processing for very low compensation. Be prepared for management to have your peers to tell you what to do instead of it coming from her (creating a toxic environment).
