      Non-DSP office employees are loyal and stick around for long time. Most people who work here aren't here for the money, starting from the very top; employees are here to help and to provide service.

      Cons

      Salary freeze since 2009. Below average salary. DSP turnover rate high. Timas software hard to use.

      - Generous PTO - Repetive work tasks - No micromangement - Work day is not overwhelming

      Cons

      - Poor communication between departments - Training is not a thorough as it should be - Company did a layoff without including unused PTO into severance package but did not communicate this - Changes to how things operate constantly - Favortism & buddy buddy type of environment
