Pros
The work is cool. But it's A LOT. Many late nights. There's a bar in the back. Which seems exciting at first but it's a tool to keep you working late and getting caught up in the cliques. If you don't drink and party, you get the vibe that you won't keep up.
Cons
Poor communication from the leadership. Very little notice on big news, and some news just not shared with everyone. Not a lot of room to grow. Management made a lot of promises for personal growth and they didn't come through. I do not recommend working here, despite the "quit advertising" and fun atmosphere. It's scrappy yes, but that gets old once you realize you have to be popular or you won't be accepted.
