Just don’t - Senior Operations Analyst SS&C Employee Review

Possibly the worst company I have ever worked for. They keep bringing on new clients but do nothing to prepare for these clients. As a result service degrades for each new client. Staff do the best they can but no one really knows what they are doing. There are so many people involved in back office without actually doing work. The admin side is a mess with extremely poor management. The IT side is over staffed and no one actually does a lot. They all cry they are under resourced but they aren’t. No one just gives a damn, if you are thinking about joining this company my advice is not to.
