Work colleagues are friendly and supportive

London senior manager is beyond dreadful. There is absolutely no cohesion or respect in the team and the manager continually discusses the inadequacies of the entire team with each member and states they are all under review and will be replaced. They have no interest in supporting the teams and will blame others for projects failing which is due to their own non existent management . They only employ contractors in London making it easy to move people on when they do not fit or roll over. It is clear to see that the 2/3 years SSE Enterprise have been failing in contracting is not about to change, needs new ownership, but may not be that easy with the horrendous forecast CVR losses.

In Ireland there is no clear direction, leadership or focus. The senior managers haven't told anyone who works in Ireland what the plan is. Attempts to diversify are a shambles with the wrong markets being chosen and the efforts under resourced
