      Getting salary on time thas it

      Cons

      1- Racial discrimination. 2- No benefits if you are not Arabic. 3- No Vacation on Time.(Has to fight for Your Vacation). 4- Designing is Very bad and has no qualified Designers. 5- Management is Very bad. ( Managers don't Know any technical work also Very young Saudi people who don't know any thing) 6- No Over time or Lump sum for Worker.
