Digital certificate-based security is a dynamic field, growing company, small team with startup energy and a lot of opportunity for advancement and learning. Frequent raises based on increase in skill set and a decent healthcare plan.
Cons
"Startup energy" means all hands wear multiple hats, "dynamic field" means constant changes in operating environment - so flexibility/constant adaptation/ability to switch gears a must, and IT security requires response 24/7. Not a job you can coast through.
