      Pros

      Hospital-wide staff have a good comradery; Back each other up for the most part. Pay is competitive. Clean. PRN and Float pool weee great additions.

      Cons

      Tight staffing making it difficult to watch all patients esp in the event of an emergency. More work, same pay. Taking away of incentives and bonuses.
