Pros

Tuition reimbursement Cafeteria can be edible sometimes

Cons

Underpaid compared to industry standards and other local companies. The 10-20 cent raises that clinic employees get each year are not actually raises, only adjustments to the cost of living. Forced to work 40+ hours/week as an hourly employee due to short staffing (it's a clinic, you can't leave when there are still patients there), only to have management constantly nagging about overtime Zero opportunities for growth; I have a bachelor's degree and have been applying for different jobs for months. Recently a "Talent Specialist" told me I should look at being a receptionist...which would be a downgrade from where I am now. In a nutshell...constantly feel unvalued.
