      I love my co-workers! The pay is great, and great benefits! Fun place to work.

      Cons

      I feel as if a lot of the people that work here don't know what they are doing-my department is great- love the people, but the people who are supposed to help the patients navigate do not know how to do their job.

      Good pay Friendly Coworkers Ability to change things to better the work environment

      Cons

      Pay is not as competitive to other hospitals outside of SSM or even some retail locations Sometimes outside management makes changes with no clear directive or reasoning
