Relatively competitive pay Umm I cant think of another positive aspect of employment at SSM.
Cons
This company will flat out LIE when recruiting. I moved across the country to an absolutely dreadful state in an attempt to further my career w SSM and have yet to receive a single training course or responsibility that I was promised by the regional director during my final interview, their reasoning is "well things and budgets change."
