Pros
The job had good pay
Cons
An extreme amount of work put in you. Long working hours, expect to work from 7am to 8pm at night. Lots of insurance calls all day long. Lots of strenuous paper work, physical therapist expecting you to do buying even when you’re new, with little to no communication, managers sending you to one to two clinics a day , could be an hour apart. Expect to be driving from one clinic to an other in your one hour lunch break. No one helping you at the desk. Coworkers from other physical therapy clinics blaming everything on you if something isn’t fully finished. Lack of communication with managers. This is not an easy job at all. They work you like you’re went to medical school and are on call at any given time and expect you to know deep knowledge.
