      Cons

      Corporate-level staff are too disconnected from the clients and projects. I see upper management giving other upper management more career opportunities.

      A few strong leaders kept on doing their best to evolve.

      Cons

      Reactive and short-term leadership, lack of transparency in decision-making, DEI commitment that doesn't survive scrutiny at the leadership level, and a communication culture that defaults to lack of transparency over honesty.
