      If you are lazy, all you have to do is show up on time and you aren't likely to be disciplined/fired.

      Cons

      Just about everything. Morale sucks. HR sucks. Many people aren't doing anything other than collecting a pay check. NOBODY GAF.

      The smaller operation gave you an opportunity to get to know everybody which helped generate good ideas and kept information flowing.

      Cons

      The smaller size did limit career progression.

      Cons

      Lack of an hr department for the people, continuously taking away benefits. Hourly people are looked down upon.
