      The people were absolutely great to work with and the work felt like you were making a difference at times

      Cons

      Absolutely horrible pay. Not competitive at all for the field. Benefits also were horrible. Expensive health care and the vacation days were again not a competitive package

      SSRS is a big family. Everyone here has genuine enthusiasm for our work and we take pride in what we do.

      Some of the staff seem nice. Great amenities.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, low hours, unexpected shift cuts, low trust, micromanagement to the extreme.
