Great Startup Company - Anonymous employee SSTL, Inc. Employee Review

I'm in Sales so the earning potential was a huge factor for me and I have exceeded those expectations! The Office culture is second to none. Super friendly, fun and funny! As well as all of my superiors being kind and understanding of my personal and family needs (I just had a baby) All in all I feel very fortunate to work for SSTL and look forward for years to come.

We are an internet company and were busy so scheduling shifts and time off can be tricky. The compensation plan when it comes to commissions can be hard to understand and takes some time to start earning the real money! ;)

A small company environment. A lot of communications in the office. Nice and positive employees. They do the Subway monthly cards before tax. Not a difficult job, manager does not get me too much work. Really not much challenges, I think the schedule is very flexible. Well, yes, 15 days paid leave. and you can ask for off more than 15 days without pay.

For a small company, you don't have too much room to grow. You will learn most of the stuff in a year I believe. After that promotion is a problem, yes , we can grow with the company, that is to build the business in to a bigger one. in one year, the revenue did almost doubled. Other Cons are that , not enough company events. We look forward to having more company events.
