1) Decent medical benefits (for penal clinics & dental) 2) Complementary lunch during covid season 3) Company sponsored courses annually (pre covid) 4) Good mid year bonus

1) Favouritism (specific account and staffs) 2) Quite a bit of micromanaging. 3) Inefficient HR (last minute notification for upcoming courses. <24hrs at times 4) No career prospect or growth 5) Weak basic salary (below market rate) 6) Constant manpower shortage (unless in favoured account)
