- very supportive Singapore counterpart - very supportive Indonesian team member - very clear direction from management - there's no boundaries between team, you can even directly contact Director to ask about work

Cons

- Data Center site placed in almost remote place so no public transportation - a lot of ad hoc job assignment (could be a plus for those who likes it) - seems like below market price?
