Pros
They are desperate for drivers. Some locals more negotiable than others, sign on bonus very common. Pay is usually slightly above other similar companies in the area. (Varies by location) If you're willing to work the hours, they will pay you and it's easy to hit overtime in a week. Coworkers are usually pretty awesome.
Cons
It's a split shift job, so having a second job is difficult. It's part-time, follows the school year so, no drive no pay except for specified holidays and required sick pay. They will only classify drivers and/or trainers as part-time to avoid benefits (which are pretty bottom barrel not worth it). Local management makes or breaks it. My experience with the bad management is higher ups are very reluctant to actually deal with it and will suffer with high turnover at those sites.
