Flexible boss, very understanding work environment and culture. The pay I got here was better than any place I had for customer service entry jobs. The only people I've ever seen not enjoy working here are those that have been lazy and been asked to deliver more.

A small but effective team so they expect you to pull your weight, but they are EXTREMELY understanding.

It's a family owned business with too much favoritism being given to certain individuals that work at the company who are related to each other and not the same being given for others who enter the company blindsided.
