Pros
Amazing support staff and lots of opportunities for growth. They pay more than most after-school programs and take notice when you put in extra effort. Although there is travel involved daily, you are reimbursed. I always received my reimbursements on-time and it was always handled professionally.
Cons
The dress code is fairly strict and a little bit outdated. I understand wanting everyone to look professional, but this can be done without stifling the creativity and expression of the staff.
