      Pros

      Flexible hours, easy to get subs, decent pay, LGBT friendly company.

      Cons

      Hard to get hours, classes may be cancelled with no warning due to low enrollment, little to no work during the summer. Not all schools are LGBT friendly. Teaching takes more prep work than you get approved hours for.

      Pros

      Other teachers are great. Thats literally the only positive thing to say.

      Cons

      Terrible lead teachers. They hire people with absolutely no skill or knowledge in the subjects they are supposed to teach. Don’t pay nearly enough and have very limited hours available. Expect you to drive to schools far away and will not pay for gas/mileage. Expect you to have full availability whenever they want you and get upset when you are not available at their beck and call.
