Not worth the application. - Special Education Paraprofessional STEP Academy (MN) Employee Review

Run far away from considering employment at this school. STEP Academy’s Superintendent was selfish with funding and ignored the needs of the children. He was completely protected by board members, while staff had no say in the decisions being made. Superintendent & board members have mismanaged state and federal funds leading them to cut the entire reading and math intervention team who were incredibly dedicated educators. Without those educators, the students will suffer academically before the school gets shut down all together. He has caused so much damage that even with his resignation the school will not survive.
