Pros
It's a great place to learn new experiences and develop yourself. You will learn crisis management and will get you out of your comfort zone. Pay is decent too.
Cons
This whole business seems to be interesting and have a lot of potential, but the company clearly has no proper planning and just likes to open branches all over the world. How can you sell courses and promise world-class IT education when there are no tutors in place? Employees were promised to become permanent staff after 3 months of probation, but it was extended without our knowledge.
