They send you to Mentor, OH where you receive training and get to know new hires and get to spend time working on sterilizers and autoclaves, They also provide a company van that you can use for personal use, gas card and they pay for your tools.
Cons
Lack of leadership. You don't "make your schedule" like they say. Lack of communication. No structure. Older techs are rude to the newer ones. A lot of corners cut, the team morale is down. Your workday can be either 4 hours or 15 on any given day.
