Business outlook
Pros
Growing company, 2017 outlook looks good. Short staffing/turnover will cause some serious overtime work in the next year. I have always had a great manager who you can actually talk to about issues. Great benefits, but bonus compensation outside of salary is lacking.
Cons
Limited opportunity for advancement unless you live in Mentor OH or Montgomery AL. Training programs need some work. Outdated software used for documenting work orders.
