Pay. No upward movement We are supposed to get 3 raises a year. We only got one for $.18. Yes we got an eighteen cent raise! Took away monthly employee clean tray bonus. Yet ceo’s and board members all received raises. Turn over is a huge problem on second and third shifts. Brought in temps and travelers to try and fill those holes. Refuse to give employees a live able wage.
