Pros
We get to learn new technology everyday and interface with a lot of different groups. This keep you engaged if you like change and a fast paced moving environment. Great project management experience.
Cons
The pay is not really competitive. Lack of documentation. Too many software defects from the developers. The process is not very well defined. You have to wing it sometimes.
