Most of the people I worked with were really great to work with.
Cons
Over time the company became 100% focused on raking in the dollars and being the best of the best at the cost of their long time and loyal employees. On that note, as time progressed, the culture of the company went downhill VERY quickly. The company is run by management who would much prefer to hear what they want to hear than to hear constructive criticism from their own people. People are not hired with fit taken into consideration. The company is trying to build the best of the best without considering how well those people are going to work together as a team. There is little to no cohesive team work, at least in my previous department anyway. And it all starts from the top down.
