Pros
Some coworkers are friendly and hardworking, which can make busy shifts bearable. The staff really pulls together to create a good dining experience for guests. Great cocktails.
Cons
Management is the problem. The management team plays favorites, ignores documented complaints, and offers empty apologies to sweep things under the rug. I reported sexual comments and unwanted advances from a supervisor. But instead of a proper investigation I was told to “handle it internally” and that confronting the person directly would solve everything. After I raised the issue again HR passed it to corporate and then gave no follow-up for weeks. I felt isolated and watched, and small retaliation followed. Fewer shifts, sudden schedule changes, and being excluded from section rotations. Pay is low for the industry standard here, and tips are inconsistent because management often reassigns the best sections to favored employees.
