Cons
Culture issues made it hard to focus on the work. I observed inappropriate comments being brushed off as jokes and speaking up was discouraged. Work-life balance is poor, with long hours treated as the norm rather than the exception. Compensation and leveling are below market with limited clarity around growth or promotion. Leadership decisions often felt disconnected from day-to-day realities. HR was not an escalation path.
