Pros
There are so many aspects of STOKE that make it an awesome place to work. Cons
The only potential "con" is the need to devote much more time and effort to your job than would be required at a larger, more established company. While this does take more time away from other activities, it allows you to grow and learn so much faster, all while being a major part of achieving sustainable space launch capabilities. STOKE also does a great job balancing the needs of a startup with the needs of employees to spend time with their loved ones and live their lives outside of work (just ask about Powder Days and the paternal leave policies!).
