Honestly, nothing major to point out. The environment is dynamic and forward-thinking, which may not suit someone looking for a slow-paced job but for me, that’s a plus!

Supportive and responsive management Positive and friendly work environment I had raised a few requests, and I truly appreciate how they were acknowledged and addressed. It shows that the company genuinely listens to its employees. Transparent communication

Cons

Leave structure could be more flexible, especially regarding sick days and overall time off. Work-life balance may be improved with greater weekend flexibility, as current schedules allow limited Saturdays off.
